WE SHIP GLOBALLY!

All orders are sent out from our warehouse based in Europe.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping time-frames depend on your location. Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it may not be processed until the following Monday.

Your package will be sent by Austrian Post. It is insured and has a traceable tracking number.

To USA / Canada you will usually receive your package within 7-9 working days after shipping!

Within Europe (including UK) you will usually receive your package within 4-6 working days after shipping!

But in some areas of Europe delivery can take longer.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

We provide all European Consumers with the same purchase price, regardless of final destination.

VAT is included in the purchase price where we are required to charge VAT based on individual country selling thresholds (this will be shown in your order at checkout).

There is no VAT included in the final purchase price where we do not meet individual country selling thresholds, or for most shipments outside the EU.

There are no import duties on goods shipped within the EU.

Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, TheraNatural e.U. is not responsible for lost / stolen orders.

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.
